I was her &quot;translator,&quot; breaking down for her more difficult concepts into lower literacy levels the terms of workplace compliance. 

It&#039;s such a small world at times. When we moved to Wisconsin 16 years ago, Cecylia was a caregiver for our landlords. I had no inkling then that I&#039;d be helping her years later. But in fact, she helped me also. By helping her navigate a work situation, she helped me identify an area I&#039;d like to work in as well.]]></description>
